Job Summary (List Format):
- Hold active/current certification in Epic Resolute Professional Billing
- Minimum 4 years of healthcare experience, specifically in billing, payment posting, self-pay/insurance follow-up, denial management, customer service, or vendor management
- Minimum 4 years as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in relevant applications
- At least 4 years of experience with revenue cycle metrics, KPIs, and process improvement related to billing and payment functions
- At least 2 years of direct Epic experience and direct client interaction
- Preferred: Epic Patient Estimates Badge or equivalent experience
- Preferred: Subject matter expertise in Epic Security and Epic Credits for Professional Billing
- Preferred: Completion of Epic CEE (Continued Epic Education) for maintaining certifications and badges
- 4+ years’ experience with revenue cycle operational policies and procedures
- At least 2 years of demonstrated team management (formal or informal), cross-team communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
