We are new but mighty. Xtensys, a recently established managed service provider, delivers cutting-edge technology to health systems, starting in NY and expanding beyond. Owned by two industry leaders focused on innovation in rural and community health, we are rapidly growing with several major initiatives underway. We are seeking an experienced Epic Conversions and Interface Analyst to join our team of 500 and support our exciting journey. We value people and are building a culture to match.

Job Summary

The Epic Conversions and Interface Analyst role is responsible for ensuring data extracts are loaded into the Epic system in a manner that ensures data integrity and useability to end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working with client or vendor contacts to establish deliverable timelines.
  • Working with application teams and client representatives to ensure legacy data types are properly mapped to Epic data types.
  • Modify extracts when data points are out of order or in an incorrect format.
  • Load HL7 extracts into Epic Bridges.
  • Resolve errors in the Bridges application.
  • Resolve customer complaints.
  • Be the primary point of contact for client Archive solutions.
  • Assess>Load>Validate>Repeat.
  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience with largescale data.
  • Experience with Epic conversion projects.
  • Education/Certifications
  • Highschool Diploma or GED is required.
  • Epic Bridges Certification is required.
  • Cloverleaf Certification is preferred.
