Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Reporting Analyst to support a healthcare organization. This role will focus on reducing a backlog of complex reporting requests by developing and delivering reports utilizing Epic Cogito tools, Clarity, Caboodle, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Epic reporting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, prioritize, and complete a backlog of complex report requests.
  • Design, develop, test, and deliver reports using Epic Cogito reporting tools.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze clinical and operational data.
  • Utilize Epic Clarity and Caboodle data models to support reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify report specifications.
  • Validate report accuracy and ensure delivered reports meet customer expectations.
  • Document reporting logic, data sources, and development processes.
  • Provide status updates and communicate progress on assigned work.
Required Qualifications
  • Epic Cogito Certification.
  • Epic Clarity Certification.
  • Epic Caboodle Certification.
  • Epic Clinical Data Model Certification.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Epic Beaker Report Writing Experience.
  • Experience with Reporting Workbench, Radar, and SlicerDicer.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Lab Experience (Epic Beaker / Cerner).
  • Experience supporting laboratory workflows and reporting.
  • Experience working in post-go-live optimization and reporting environments.
