Job description

Position Information:
The Systems Analyst II, Epic Business Applications leads the build, rollout, and support of the assigned application(s). Responsible for all aspects of application support to include but not limited to: leads design and analysis, application configuration, testing, system documentation, and training if indicated. Functions as second-level response for the assigned application(s) by communicating with end users of the system to understand issues and implement solutions. Assist department management in use of assigned applications to assist with maximizing department performance and management decision-making. Functions as a liaison between IS, customer department and vendor(s).
Experience Requirements:
3 Years Related Position Experience With 2 Years Direct Position Experience Required - With Bachelor's Degree Or 5 Years Related Position Experience With 4 Years Direct Position Experience Required - With Associate's Degree Or 7 Years Related Position Experience With 6 Years Direct Position Experience Required - With High School Diploma
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Business Or Healthcare Or Technology Or Related Field Preferred - Or Associate's Degree Business Or Healthcare Or Technology Or Related Field Preferred - Or High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - With Equivalent Experience
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
