They must possess exceptional cross-cultural communication skills and the analytical mindset necessary to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, "for-impact" environment. A successful applicant will have Salesforce Trailhead Credentials. They will demonstrate a strong commitment to process documentation, sophisticated reporting, and a high level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:
Fundraising Data Analysis & Reporting
โ€ข Design and maintain reports and dashboards to track gift officer activity, portfolio performance, and progress toward fundraising goals
โ€ข Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports to development leadership and stakeholders
โ€ข Serve as a liaison between the Salesforce team and development team to translate fundraising needs into technical requirements
