Job Summary
MCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking a Laboratory Ventilation Manager (LVMP) to provide Facilities Operations Maintenance and support Services to a Government Agency in Research Triangle Park, NC.
The Laboratory Ventilation Manager shall administer EPA-RTP's Laboratory Ventilation Management program, coordinate site services, schedule activities, ensure communication, monitor performance of the systems, manage data and document results associated with the contract

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Administer EPA-RTP's Laboratory Ventilation Management program, coordinate site services, schedule activities, ensure communication, monitor performance of the systems, manage data and document results associated with the contract.

Qualifications
  • Mechanical engineering degree and have a minimum of five (5) years of operating experience with laboratory (or related applications) HVAC, electrical and control systems or ten (10) years of operating experience with laboratory (or related applications) HVAC, electrical and control systems of similar size, scope, and complexity in-lieu of the "mechanical engineering degree" requirement.
