Job description

The Senior HRIM Analyst - UKG position will assist in supporting the Basic/Advanced Scheduler Systems, Analytics, UKG CRTs (Cross Reference Tables) of UKG Dimension product for Fundamental Administrative Services and all Client Facilities.  As with all positions in the HRIM and Payroll Department, Customer Service is foremost and encompasses all levels of staff inside and outside the department.


USD $80,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
  • Support UKG Advanced Scheduler configurations, including schedules, rotations, patterns, and coverage rules
  • Provide advanced support for employee and manager self-service, including mobile punching and attestation functionality
  • Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis using Dataviews, HyperFinds, audits, and system logs
  • Support with UKG CRTs (Cross Reference Tables)
  • Building and monitoring scripts and issues lists related to testing
  • Assist with system testing
  • Working with Help Desk to resolve equipment issues, security changes, system related issues
  • Support implementation and design of UKG Dimensions Analytics including metrics, thresholds, analytics tiles, and operational dashboards
  • Maintain dashboards and widgets used by Payroll, HR, Finance, and operational leadership
  • Support Dataviews monitoring labor cost, overtime, attendance, agency usage, and compliance
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies between dashboards, Dataviews, schedules, and underlying timecard or payroll data
  • Support integrations between UKG WFM and HRIS/payroll systems, including employee data, job assignments, labor levels, and pay groups
  • Partner with HRIS and IT teams to ensure data integrity, role-based security, and reliable system interfaces
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing cycles, and post-release validation activities
  • Contribute to documentation and configuration standards
  • Support internal and external audits and regulatory reporting requirements specific to healthcare and long-term care
  • Assist with end-user training and documentation.
  • Reviewing current processes and identifying changes need to implement the new system
  • Supporting Field and Payroll staff with Scheduling system issues.
  • Build reports and analytics to ensure the system is being used as fully designed.

This position will work directly with the Projects and HRIS groups in implementations as well as have specific project assignments as it relates to UKG and scheduling.  The applicant should be detail oriented with previous exposure as part of a Project Team.


  • 5+ years of experience supporting payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, or workforce management systems in healthcare or long-term care environments
  • Advanced hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management (UKG WFM), including UKG Dimensions
  • Demonstrated experience supporting UKG Dimensions Analytics, including dashboards, and Dataviews
  • Experience supporting mobile time capture (mobile punching)
  • Strong understanding of healthcare payroll practices, labor regulations, and staffing models
  • Experience supporting HRIS integrations and multi-system environments
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Automated scheduling systems from implementation through production, preferably in Healthcare.
  • PeopleSoft experience helpful.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and CPP or SHRM certification preferred.
