Position Details

Location: Wilmington Campus

Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.), including every other weekend and holiday rotation

What You'll Do

  • Supervise, coach, and develop an Environmental Services team committed to excellence

  • Coordinate daily staffing, workflow, and departmental operations

  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards

  • Partner with nursing and hospital leadership to support an exceptional patient experience

  • Foster a culture of accountability, communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred

  • Two or more years of leadership experience in Environmental Services, Housekeeping, Hospitality, Facilities Services, or another operational leadership environment

  • Experience leading Environmental Services, Housekeeping, Facilities Services, Hospitality, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, Hotel Operations, Higher Education, or other large-scale operational teams is valued. Healthcare experience is a plus, but we welcome leaders with strong people leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for developing teams from related industries.

Hourly Pay Range: $22.29 - $33.44This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
