BAE Systems is looking for a Production Program Manager to join our team for an exciting opportunity supporting the Minuteman III (MMIII) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon system and integration to the future of ICBM's, Sentinel Program. The Program Manager will assist the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) ICBM Fuze Mod Program Office (PO) to coordinate nuclear weapon projects and their associated requirements detailed in Department of Energy (DoE), Department of Defense (DoD), and United States Air Force (USAF) directives. The Program Manager is a multifaceted position that ensures acquisition program milestones and objectives are anticipated, Production tasks are properly managed and analyzed, and program related tasks are properly coordinated.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead task and project reporting for the Fuze Mod PO, specifically overall Production related tasks including but not limited to developing and managing program reviews, plans, procedures, analyses and other related tasks.
  • Assist the Air Force Fuze Mod PO with program analysis, requirements review, acquisitions documentation, risk management and program management.
  • In support of Gov customer requirements, oversee the Production initiatives supporting the ICBM Fuze Mod Program. Develop briefings, program plans, spreadsheets, and performance measures for technical programs in reaction to short suspense demands with minimal input from managers or customers.
  • Coordinate support for integrated engineering-level assessments, production, verification, validation, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution processes over the life cycle of the ICBM program to identify and mitigate production and test deficiencies that could impact mission assurance.

  • Currently possess DoD Secret Clearance, adjudicated within last 6 years.
