Job description

Position Description
Are you driven to help customers succeed and excel at managing multiple priorities? As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding customers through the successful launch and adoption of our software solutions. Your day-to-day may include coordinating project milestones, configuring software to meet unique customer requirements, and delivering user training-all while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Roles may vary from project management to training or specification setup, depending on your assigned team.
Requirements
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to quickly learn new software and adapt to changing priorities; Experience in customer service, project management, training, or business analysis is a plus; Automotive dealership experience is an asset, but not required
