The Coordinator, International Digital will be tasked with coordinating for the International Digital marketing team for all releases. This role will support key team members across IGA's international Influencer and Content marketing campaigns to support key releases, and partners. This position will work closely with all members of the digital marketing, international marketing and revenue teams.
How You'll CREATE:
  • Support the development and execution of global digital marketing and creator strategies for artist releases and music-related products across the Interscope roster.
  • Coordinate day-to-day international creator and influencer campaigns across key global markets, supporting both Pop/Rock and Urban genre teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators, creator management teams, agencies, and platform partners across international territories.
  • Assist in identifying creator opportunities and cultural moments that can help drive awareness, engagement, and consumption for artist campaigns worldwide.
  • Track and aggregate creator content and campaign performance across social platforms, providing regular reporting and actionable insights.
  • Create tracking links, monitor campaign performance, and communicate learnings to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain creator databases, including contact information, campaign history, budgets, account performance, and key market insights.
  • Coordinate campaign logistics, including creator outreach, asset distribution, approvals, content tracking, and reporting.
  • Support the execution of release campaigns across short-form platforms, helping artists connect with fan communities and culture-driving conversations around the world.
  • Assist in identifying emerging creator trends, platform updates, internet culture moments, and audience behaviors across international markets.
  • Collaborate closely with US and international marketing teams to ensure creator initiatives align with overall campaign objectives.
  • Support the creation of presentations, campaign recaps, reports, and internal communications.
  • Help maintain digital marketing best practices and workflow processes across the international team.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, reconciling invoices and expenses, and providing additional departmental support as needed.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, campaign planning, and cross-functional discussions.

Bring Your VIBE:
  • 1-3 years of experience within the music, entertainment, digital marketing, influencer marketing, or creator economy space.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and digital culture.
  • Passion for music, internet culture, creators, and emerging trends across global markets.
  • Knowledge of paid and organic creator partnerships and their role within artist marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, territories, and cultures.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and campaign tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics, streaming platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar creative tools is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working across multiple genres, including Pop/Rock and Urban music.
  • Native user of social media platforms with a strong understanding of creator and fan behavior online.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel internationally as needed.
  • BA or BS preferred.
