Job description

LHH is seeking a Supply Chain Order Entry professional to join our client's team in Rosemont, IL . This role will be responsible for analyzing supply chain operations, identifying process improvements, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting data-driven business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enter purchase orders and any adjustments accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of items ordered verses items received, forecasted verses sales and ending inventory levels verses targeted.
  • Verify Supplier Order confirmation and delivery dates.
  • Track and Trace inbound orders in a timely and efficient manner to ensure appointment times are being met and trucks are being received.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to work M-F 10am - 6pm (100% on-site)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay/Benefits:
  • Pay: $30/hr - $35/hr
  • Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria
