Job description

LHH is seeking a Supply Chain Order Entry professional to join our client's team in Rosemont, IL . This role will be responsible for analyzing supply chain operations, identifying process improvements, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting data-driven business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enter purchase orders and any adjustments accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of items ordered verses items received, forecasted verses sales and ending inventory levels verses targeted.
  • Verify Supplier Order confirmation and delivery dates.
  • Track and Trace inbound orders in a timely and efficient manner to ensure appointment times are being met and trucks are being received.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to work M-F 10am - 6pm (100% on-site)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay/Benefits:
  • Pay: $30/hr - $35/hr
  • Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
