We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team and help ensure our inventory meets high performance standards before reaching our customers.

Job Description

As a Cell Phone Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing smartphones—primarily iPhones and Android devices—used in our wholesale inventory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and takes pride in precision and consistency.

Responsibilities

* Diagnose hardware and software issues on smartphones

* Perform repairs including (but not limited to): screen replacements, battery replacements, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and buttons

* Test devices for functionality after repairs

* Grade devices based on condition and performance

* Maintain organized repair stations and inventory tracking
