Job Summary:

The Digital Designer 1 is responsible for creating visually engaging and user-friendly digital assets that align with brand guidelines and meet business objectives. This entry-level position requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of digital design trends and tools.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design amp; Production:

    • Develop and design digital assets, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and online advertisements.
    • Ensure designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for various devices and platforms.
  2. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing, development, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts.
  3. Brand Alignment:

    • Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all digital designs to ensure consistency and brand integrity.
  4. Software amp; Tools:

    • Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other relevant tools.
    • Stay updated with the latest digital design technologies and techniques.
  5. Quality Assurance:

    • Review designs for errors before publishing or presenting to ensure accuracy and high standards.
  6. Continuous Learning:

    • Keep up with current design trends and best practices to enhance skills and improve the quality of deliverables.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in digital design or a related field.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of web design principles (HTML/CSS experience is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
