Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Travel Construction Laborers. This role offers hands-on training and the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects throughout Southern Minnesota. Candidates will gain experience in specialized coating applications while working alongside a collaborative team focused on quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete surfaces through cleaning, grinding, patching, and repairs
- Mix and apply epoxy, urethane, and specialty coating materials
- Operate equipment such as grinders, mixers, rollers, and other basic tools
- Maintain clean and safe work environments at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required – paid training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in construction and industrial environments
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to the Waseca job site
- Willingness to travel at least one week per month
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay of $22/hour+ depending on experience
- Additional $5/hour weekend bonus
