Entry-Level Travel Construction Laborer

Location: Waseca, MN (on-site with travel to projects throughout Southern Minnesota based on schedule preferences)

Schedule: Full-Time

Pay: $22/hour+

Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Travel Construction Laborers. This role offers hands-on training and the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects throughout Southern Minnesota. Candidates will gain experience in specialized coating applications while working alongside a collaborative team focused on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare concrete surfaces through cleaning, grinding, patching, and repairs
  • Mix and apply epoxy, urethane, and specialty coating materials
  • Operate equipment such as grinders, mixers, rollers, and other basic tools
  • Maintain clean and safe work environments at all times
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience required – paid training provided
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in construction and industrial environments
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation to the Waseca job site
  • Willingness to travel at least one week per month
