Job description

Traveling Electrical Helpers work alongside senior electricians and project managers to support the installation and maintenance of electrical systems at commercial worksites. This role requires regional and long-distance travel across states to various job sites. Helpers perform essential tasks such as wiring, fixture installation, and troubleshooting while assisting with specialized electrical work. The position offers growth opportunities, including certification support and advancement to a full Electrician role.

Responsibilities

  • Install electrical equipment, wiring, circuit breakers, and fixtures
  • Assist electricians with routine and specialized electrical tasks
  • Travel regionally and across states to various commercial job sites
  • Handle and maintain electrical tools and equipment
  • Troubleshoot basic electrical issues under supervision
  • Ensure safety and compliance with electrical codes and standards

Preferred Qualifications

You will be provided a company truck to use to/from job sites. We also provide per-diem for meals for each day and paid room and board.
