LearningRx Tysons is hiring a Sales & Office Coordinator (Director of First Impressions). This is a high-impact, entry-level role where you'll develop real-world skills in client engagement, lead conversion, CRM management, and small business operations.
What You'll Gain

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound leads and schedule consultations
  • Follow up with prospects to drive conversions
  • Track and manage leads in CRM system
  • Support onboarding, scheduling, and client communications
  • Assist with social media, marketing, and outreach initiatives
  • Maintain an organized and professional office environment
  • Assist Executive Director and Assistant Director occasionally to brain train students
  • Assist with all other aspects of center operations as directed

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule
  • Monday-Thursday: 3:30pm-8:00pm
