Job Overview
Linestart, LLC is developing an entry-level Consultant hiring pipeline to on-board starting January 2027 focused on support functions advisory including human capital development, contracts/acquisitions operations, IT planning, and risk compliance assessments of regulatory/political risks in private sector corporate components.


Scope of Work:

  • Implementing strategic initiatives such as succession planning, standard operation procedures, continuity of operations planning, regulatory risk assessments, and organizational preparation for federal or commercial audits and quality certifications.
  • Supporting corporate training in the following areas: financial management, contracts operations, HR recruitment, business development, and building effective internal regulatory frameworks and controls.
  • Working internal on proposal writing and business development efforts.


Experience

  • BA in Social Sciences, English, or Business Administration.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience working on corporate operations teams in the government contracting space or for a professional services firm.
  • Ability to obtain a government security clearance, if required (not needed to start)
