Entry level support roles are often a stepping stone to more advanced IT or customer service positions.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an entry level support professional?

These skills and qualities are essential for efficiently resolving user issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting smooth IT operations.
