Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Adult's Residential Program
Day, Evening, and Overnight Shifts Available | Full-Time & Part-Time
Support. Empower. Transform.
Make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults (ages 22+) with Autism and developmental disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our residential program, you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where adults can grow, thrive, and achieve greater independence.
Your Impact
Support adults with daily routines including hygiene, meals, dressing, and medication.
• Create a positive, structured environment that encourages communication, socialization, and skill-building.
• Use behavior support strategies to promote emotional regulation and reduce challenging behavior.
• Partner with clinical, familial, and healthcare teams to support individualized treatment plans.
Provide transportation and community integration support for outings, appointments, and program transitions.
What You Bring
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience required.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to support adults with diverse communication and behavioral needs.
Experience with adults or individuals with special needs (preferred but not required).
