Join Our Team as an Entry-Level Manufacturing Quality Auditor in Foothill Ranch, CA!

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Weโ€™re seeking motivated individuals to fill the role of Manufacturing Quality Auditor, where youโ€™ll play a vital part in ensuring our products meet rigorous quality requirements.

Position Overview:
Located on-site in Foothill Ranch, CA, this entry-level role offers a dynamic work environment with multiple shift options. Youโ€™ll be responsible for inspecting products on assembly lines, recording detailed inspection results, and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives. This position provides an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in manufacturing quality with competitive pay and potential for growth.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Perform thorough inspections of products on assembly lines, adhering to established quality standards and procedures.

  • Accurately record inspection results and utilize data entry systems to document quality information.

  • Identify and segregate non-conforming or defective products, labeling and submitting them for review.

  • Communicate recurring quality issues to supervisors and quality engineers for resolution.

  • Follow detailed instructions from Quality and Production leadership to support daily operations.

  • Assist in line start-up, set-up, and other production-related tasks.

  • Rotate between different workstations, performing quality checks, assembly, and support duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • At least 6 months of relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing or quality roles.

  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and typing.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to distinguish small components and colors.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Quick learner with adaptability to shifting priorities.

  • Capable of inspecting materials at close range.

  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Shift Options & Training:

  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM โ€“ 1:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM โ€“ 9:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM โ€“ 5:00 AM

  • 4x12 Shifts: 3:00 AM โ€“ 3:00 PM (Sundayโ€“Wednesday)

  • 4x12 Shifts: 3:00 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM (Wednesdayโ€“Saturday)

Note: All shifts require training on the 1st shift for 1.5 weeks.

Pay Details: $21.09 to $24.75 per hour
