Gain America's Early Careers program places new and recent graduates into entry-level Junior Business Analyst roles with leading employers across the Jersey City, NJ area. Bridge business and technology teams, learning to turn needs into clear requirements. This is a launchpad: you'll gain real production experience with mentorship and structured onboarding.
We welcome new graduates and students, including candidates on OPT, CPT, or STEM-OPT work authorization.

You'll work with: requirements gathering, documentation, SQL, Agile/Scrum, stakeholder communication
What you'll do
