Job description

Job Title: Software Asset & Lifecycle Manager

Client: State Pennsylvania - DOR

This position manages the full lifecycle of all EBR software, including:
  • - Reviewing business requirements, conducting limited research, and recommending available/standard software services/solutions to meet identified needs.
  • - Facilitating enterprise and EBR-ITDC software compliance reviews prior to procurement/purchasing activities.
  • - Reconciling EBR software purchases post-procurement to ensure traceability and accurate fulfillment of requested/authorized software products and services.
  • - Tracking and provisioning of software licenses.
  • - Supporting the end-to-end management of all EBR software service requests.
  • - Developing and maintaining a comprehensive portfolio of EBR software that feeds into the ServiceNow service catalog and asset management tool.
  • - Working with software service request fulfillment teams to ensure clean and smooth handoffs occur throughout the lifecycle of a request.
  • - Facilitating software reviews/approvals at the delivery center and enterprise levels.
  • - Coordinating delivery center software standards management.
  • - Interacting with business representatives at the user and program level.
  • - Documenting current and target states for program area business capabilities and processes.
  • - identifying opportunities to simplify customers daily work or improve customer satisfaction.
  • Must-have skills:
