The Asset Integrity Analyst supports the development, implementation, and sustainment of asset integrity systems and business processes to enhance operational performance and financial efficiency. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, system effectiveness, and continuous improvement of asset integrity initiatives.

DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Support Asset Integrity and Preventive Maintenance programs, ensuring systems and processes meet operational requirements
  • Create, analyze, and maintain master data (equipment records, BOMs, task lists, material masters) to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Provide timely support for field requests and data issues, ensuring system integrity and usability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT) to support asset integrity integration and reporting
  • Assist with process improvements, documentation, testing, and reporting to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field with 2-3 years of experience in preventive maintenance systems or asset integrity
  • Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance, scheduling, planning, and master data management preferred
  • Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOMs) and integration with supply chain processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, IF functions, PivotTables) and experience with SharePoint document management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail and the ability to support users across technical skill levels
