What You'll Be Doing:
  • Deliver direct instruction to individual students or small groups under the guidance of a certified teacher, enhancing the instructional plan.
  • Assist teachers by providing valuable insights about students to help develop tailored learning and behavioral experiences.
  • Provide personalized support to students with special needs, adapting methods materials meet individual learning styles and abilities, and fostering an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
  • Help teachers in reinforcing appropriate social interactions/behaviors.
