Position Overview


We are looking for a motivated entry-level team member who is eager to learn and build a long-term career in the construction and engineering industry. No prior experience is required โ€” we will provide training and hands-on mentorship.

This position is ideal for someone who:

You do not need previous experience in engineering, construction, or drafting. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

As you grow in this role, you will be trained in construction coordination, seismic bracing systems, AutoCAD drafting, project documentation, material takeoffs, and building code fundamentals.

  • Participate in team coordination meetings
  • Learn industry standards and company procedures
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Track daily tasks and project progress
