ABOUT THE ROLE
Citadel CPM is in search of a highly experiencedProject Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage Seismic Retrofit Acute Care Healthcare Projects in San Bernardino and South Bay.
ABOUT YOU
You are a Project Manager professional with minimum of 10 years of experience in managing Seismic Retrofit projects through planning, design, jurisdictional approvals, environmental permitting, construction, and close-out. Experience with managing/designing/constructing healthcare facilities. The scope of work may include SPC-4d, NPC-4, and NPC-5 type projects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in project management and concurrent field construction.
- Experience in managing Seismic Retrofit projects for acute care facilities.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project.
- Set and manage project expectations.
- Develop and maintain budgets and schedules.
- Review and coordinate the preparation of construction documents.
- Facilitate project team and client meetings.
- Negotiate and prepare change orders.
- Monitor and coordinate construction activities with the various project stakeholders.
- Respond effectively to project issues and challenges.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Completing IRCA and ILSM forms.
- Experience in acute care healthcare facilities design and construction.
- Design-Bid-Building project delivery.
- Knowledge of Public Contracting Code and practices.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Licensed professional engineer or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) or IOR A or B certification.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, licenses, skill set, experience and/or performance.
Pay range for the Project Manager is $180,000 - $190,000 salary per year.
