Job description

Land Associate

We are looking for a Land Associate that is able to multi task and is very detail oriented.
You will work daily with our Landmen to assist in negotiations and analyze agreements.
You will work with the Land Manager, Land Technicians and GIS Analysts.

Responsibilities
Assist in the negotiation and approval of operations on our property (i.e. oil and
gas, solar, wind, grazing, etc.)
Provide support in correspondence with operators and other landowners
Draft and proofread agreements and other land documents, including land surveys
Work closely with Land Agents and land administrative staff to organize and track all
activity on our property
Serves as a liaison to the land department and customers to ensure proper
interpretation of land agreements and contracts


Education and Experience
- 3+ years related experience, including oil and gas surface land contracts, OR
4-year college degree preferred
- Extremely detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Compensation is commensurate based on experience, $100k- $115k + a 10% target annual bonus. FREE Health, Medical & Dental plus 401(K) match upto 6%.
