Job Overview

Agentix LLC is hiring Entry-Level Seasonal Sales Representatives to support customer outreach, lead generation, and sales growth in San Antonio and surrounding areas. This is a part-time W-2 position for dependable, motivated people who want paid training, flexible seasonal work, and a real chance to build practical skills.

No prior sales experience is required. A college degree is not required. This role is a strong fit for applicants who are early in their work journey, exploring career options, attending school, working another part-time job, or looking for a way to build confidence, communication skills, and income.

Agentix provides training, scripts, coaching, and support. Sales Representatives will connect with potential residential and commercial customers, introduce approved service opportunities, identify customer needs, and help guide interested customers through the sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting process. Assigned campaigns may vary based on season, territory, customer demand, business needs, and approved company partnerships.

What You Will Do

• Speak with potential customers in a professional and respectful manner.

• Introduce approved service opportunities and explain basic benefits.

• Build rapport with customers and identify possible service needs.

• Follow a simple outreach, sales, or appointment-setting process.

• Track leads, customer conversations, follow-ups, and results.

• Participate in paid training, coaching, and performance check-ins.

• Work toward weekly goals with support from the Agentix team.

• Represent Agentix LLC with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.

Compensation and Schedule

Sales Representatives complete a required 20-hour paid training period at $10 per hour. After successful completion of training, Sales Representatives earn $15 per hour.

This is a part-time, seasonal W-2 position with a standard schedule of approximately 10 hours per week. Additional hours may be available for representatives who are dependable, coachable, and consistently meet performance expectations.

In addition to hourly pay, Sales Representatives are eligible for weekly performance bonuses based on campaign-specific goals. Goals may include completed sales, qualified leads, approved appointments, customer follow-ups, or other approved outcomes.

Weekly Bonus Opportunity

• Earn a $50 weekly bonus after reaching the first approved performance goal.

• Earn a $100 weekly bonus after reaching the higher weekly performance goal.

• Additional bonus opportunities may be available for top performers based on campaign needs and business results.

When weekly goals are met, representatives may increase their effective hourly earnings while gaining practical experience in sales, communication, customer outreach, and lead generation. High-performing representatives may also become eligible for additional hours, expanded campaign opportunities, and increased responsibility.

Who This Role Is Best For

This role is best for someone who wants a practical opportunity, not just another part-time job. It is a good fit for applicants who want to earn income, learn how to talk with customers, build confidence, and develop skills that can transfer into sales, business, customer service, marketing, entrepreneurship, management, or leadership.

You may be a strong fit if you enjoy talking to people, want to improve your communication skills, can stay positive after hearing no, are dependable, want part-time seasonal work with room to grow, are motivated by goals and coaching, and want experience that can strengthen your resume.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required.

• College degree not required.

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.

• Dependable, coachable, and self-motivated.

• Able to work independently while following company expectations.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Willingness to learn scripts, service information, and customer engagement strategies.

• Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, student leadership, outreach, canvassing, appointment setting, or community work is helpful but not required.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• $15 per hour after training, plus weekly bonus opportunity.

• Part-time seasonal schedule with coaching, scripts, and sales support.
