Job description

Legacy Forge is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Sales Representative.

This is a face-to-face sales position representing nationally recognized telecommunications products and services. You'll work directly with prospective customers, educate them on available solutions, and build strong customer relationships while developing valuable sales and communication skills.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and professional development to help you succeed from day one.

Employees who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential may have the opportunity to qualify for future leadership and management opportunities as our company continues to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Represent telecommunications products and services professionally during face-to-face customer interactions
  • Educate prospective customers on available products, services, and promotions
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Learn consultative sales techniques and customer acquisition strategies
  • Participate in daily coaching and ongoing professional development
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
