With a commitment to quality products and exceptional customer service, we've earned a reputation as a trusted provider in the industry. As we continue to expand, we're seeking a dedicated sales professional.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Professional to join our team. This person will rotate through our three locations to cover days off to ensure there is always a salesperson at each store (East, West, Derby).  This position plays a key role in helping customers create their ideal outdoor living spaces by providing expert advice on pools, hot tubs, saunas, endless pools, and patio furniture. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a love for outdoor living, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Greet customers promptly and provide a welcoming environment.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend products that align with their preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
  • Provide product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and maintenance requirements.

Sales & Upselling:

  • Drive sales by meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell complementary products, such as pool accessories, chemicals, or patio furniture.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance expertise on technical aspects of pools, hot tubs, saunas, and endless pools.

Customer Service:

  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist with financing options, warranties, and delivery scheduling.

Store Operations:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Restock merchandise as needed and assist in inventory management.
  • Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in home improvement, outdoor living, or a related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of pools, hot tubs, or saunas is a plus (training provided).
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule as needed.
