Title: Management Trainee

Location: Radnor, PA (Fully on-site)

Essent is seeking exceptional, hardworking candidates for our Management Trainee Program. This entry-level rotational program provides hands-on experience in the Mortgage and Title Insurance business. As a Management Trainee, you will start with foundational rotations to understand core business functions. You will also spend time in a specialty function which will be tailored to your background, competencies and business needs. This role offers significant growth potential, provides valuable exposure to different functional areas of our organization, and prepares the individual for future essential positions.

As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:

  • Gain practical experience across multiple business functions through structured and specialized rotations in Business Development and Operations, providing deep insights into customer experience and business processes.
  • Participate in training, development, and mentorship opportunities to build skills and knowledge in leadership, business strategy and problem-solving.
  • Act as an individual contributor, taking ownership of assigned projects and tasks within each rotation.
  • Assist in analyzing business performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations to improve processes, customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on objectives.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on operational and strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with other trainees on a special project, which will be presented to the senior leadership team, to showcase findings, recommendations and innovative solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Sales or related business field required.
  • High academic performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Some travel is required.
  • Self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player open to learning new skills.
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
  • Interest, or experience, in mortgage, real estate, title or financial services institutions a plus.
