Job description

Position Overview
International is currently seeking a Corporate Compliance Analyst to join our Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) team. The GRC team is responsible for Corporate Compliance, Internal Controls, Enterprise Risk Management, & Data Privacy. The position will report into the Senior Manager, Corporate Compliance.
The Corporate Compliance Analyst is accountable for supporting the execution of key compliance program activities, including policy management, compliance communications, training support, compliance processes, documentation and reporting. This role will help promote compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations by supporting practical, consistent, and well-documented compliance processes.
This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Lisle, IL. and will be a hybrid position with 4 days in office.
Responsibilities
  • Support Corporate Compliance projects and initiatives aligned with the annual compliance roadmap.
  • Assist with policy management activities, including policy updates, stakeholder coordination, formatting, routing, approvals, publication, and periodic reviews.
  • Support compliance approval processes, including reviewing submissions for completeness, coordinating approvals, tracking status, maintaining documentation, and escalating questions or issues as appropriate.
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance policies, procedures, approval requirements, and compliance process expectations.
  • Assist with compliance-related reporting for management.
  • Support compliance training and communication activities.
  • Assist with compliance risk assessments, monitoring activities, and other reviews
  • Develop and maintain strong relations with business process and functional department
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement opportunities within the Corporate Compliance function, including simplification, automation, standardization, and improved user experience.
  • Support the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and ethical business standards.
  • Possess the ability to work in other Compliance areas as needed

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of regulatory compliance or compliance experience

OR
  • Master's degree and no experience

OR
  • At least 3 years of regulatory compliance or compliance experience

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
