Compliance AnalystPosition Summary

The Compliance Analyst plays a key role in supporting FirstCash's commitment to regulatory excellence by helping evaluate, monitor, and strengthen compliance programs across the organization. This position partners with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify potential risks, assess internal controls, and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing organization while developing expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development, execution, and enhancement of compliance monitoring and testing programs.
  • Conduct compliance reviews and assessments to identify risks, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare accurate, well-documented reports, workpapers, and compliance findings.
  • Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to support adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Communicate compliance observations and escalate significant issues as needed.
  • Support the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Recommend process improvements to strengthen controls, reduce risk, and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and industry developments that may impact business operations.
  • Participate in special projects and other compliance-related initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field.
