Job description

Who We Are
Healthcare quality is complex. Medisolv helps make it manageable-and actionable.
We partner with hospitals, health systems, ACOs, and payers to bring clarity to quality data, connecting clinical and claims information into a single, reliable view. More than 1,800 organizations and 130M+ patient records rely on Medisolv to measure, report, and improve performance across 500+ measures tied to CMS, The Joint Commission, and other programs.
With support from Bessemer Venture Partners Forge, we're continuing to grow our platform and expand our impact-investing in advanced analytics, AI, and new capabilities that help healthcare organizations stay ahead of change and improve outcomes with confidence.
What You'll Be Doing / Who Thrives in This Role.
Reporting to the CISO, we are looking for someone who has a passion for Enterprise IT
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being hands-on in Enterprise IT and takes pride in keeping systems running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll spend your time supporting employees, managing core IT systems, and continuously improving how we onboard, offboard, and manage technology across the company.
A strong candidate is someone who:
  • Enjoys being the "go-to" person for IT support-helping troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and keep employees productive
  • Is comfortable working across systems like Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and MDM tools like Intune
  • Likes balancing day-to-day support work with longer-term projects like automation and process improvement
  • Is naturally curious and wants to understand how systems connect, from user access to network topology and application data flow
  • Pays attention to detail, especially when it comes to asset management, access control, and system configurations
  • Takes initiative to improve workflows-whether that's streamlining onboarding/offboarding or building better reporting and automation
  • Day to day, you'll be:
  • Supporting employees with hardware, software, and access needs
  • Managing user accounts, permissions, and devices
  • Maintaining and improving asset management and reporting processes
  • Partnering with teams across the organization to ensure smooth IT operations
  • Identifying opportunities to automate and simplify manual processes

What You'll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives
In your first 30 days, you will onboard and get to know the people, products and departments that make Medisolv run and you will:
  • Complete initial training and onboarding.
  • Become familiar with the basic functionality of all internal IT operational systems.
  • Perform employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

In your first 3 months, you will assume ownership of the monthly close and other main functions of the department, and you will:
  • Take ownership of our Asset management program and provide automated monthly report generation.
  • Perform user support activities which include response to requests for assistance to change or add service, resolve system faults and errors, or obtain hardware or software licenses.
  • Manage Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
  • Manage Medisolv MDM systems (Intune - Iru)
  • Demonstrate basic understanding of production applications' internal data flow.

In your first 6 months, you will:
  • Assist in developing a full license distribution listed by dept.
  • Demonstrate understanding of Medisolv Network topology.
  • Demonstrate the ability to configure and manage SSO services.

In your first 12 months, you will:
  • Manage and lead the automation of our onboarding and offboarding processes.

Who We're Looking For - The Competencies That Matter
You are a doer. You take initiative and enjoy driving tasks from inception to completion. You probably have a strong bias for action and may even become frustrated when things come to a stalemate. You use this frustration in a positive manner to drive towards a solution in order to move things forward.
Organization and Project Management. You have experience and examples where you have had to lead a project or an initiative, had to design a plan and convert that plan to execution; with the result being a successful project or initiative. You also are aware of common pitfalls to avoid and can proactively work to ensure those are avoided.
Collaborative. You have empathy for your colleagues. You demonstrate and influence cross-functional collaboration within the company and seek out opportunities to build relationships with others even when difficult personalities or politics stood in the way.
Analytical Problem Solver. You are able to dissect problems and "see all the angles", especially when it comes to numbers/finances. You are also able to easily tell a story using financial data to a non-finance audience.
Continuous Improvement. You understand there is a better way (most of the time) and align the team's and your own work towards making the day-to-day easier using automation, systems, technology and process improvement. You are also able to easily identify quick, low-effort areas for improvement but also what items may require a heavy lift and/or outside resources to complete.
What You Bring - Skills and Experience
Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with the following
  • PowerShell
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Microsoft Azure administration
  • SharePoint and Confluence
  • Defining technical processes and document standard operating procedures
  • Developing or improving workflow and workflow management tools
  • Support ticketing systems (Jira-Zendesk-HubSpot) use and administration
  • Microsoft SQL, create databases, and perform backups and restores
  • Networking - DNS, Vnets, IP, switches, routers, etc.

How to be a Medisolver - Our Values
  • Customer Success Obsession
  • All-Star Team Collaboration
  • Continuous Improvement through Curiosity & Data-Driven Learning
  • Courage with Kindness
  • Execution Focus. We Do Business, Not Just Talk Business

Medisolv is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. We believe that diversity drives innovation, and we are dedicated to fostering an environment where all employees feel valued and respected.
