Job description

The ideal candidate is someone who is driven and passionate about playing a key role in our company's growth. Candidates must be detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide tier 1 level technical and procedural assistance via phone, email and chat
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Research issues using available information resources
Implement issue resolution and/or advise user on appropriate action
Follow standard help desk procedures
Log all help desk interactions
Redirect problems to tier 2 and tier 3 level support as required
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Assist senior IT staff as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred; some college coursework required
Working knowledge of Windows 11
Working knowledge of Microsoft O365 suite
Ability to assist others with complex issues in a professional manner
