Job Title Corporate IT Support Specialist Role Overview The Corporate IT Support Specialist provides technical support to corporate employees, executives, and business teams across office and remote environments. This role focuses on endpoint support, identity access, collaboration tools, and maintaining a high-quality end-user experience. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1–2 IT support to corporate users via phone, chat, and ticketing systems Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues for laptops and desktops Support identity and access management including account provisioning, password resets, and MFA Support collaboration tools such as email, messaging, and video conferencing platforms Manage endpoint devices using MDM tools and enforce security and compliance policies Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2/3 teams as needed Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles Required Qualifications 2–4 years of IT Support or Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment Strong experience supporting Windows and/or macOS environments Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, or similar identity platforms Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL-based workflows Strong customer service and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting executives or VIP users Familiarity with MDM tools such as Intune, Jamf, or similar platforms Experience supporting hybrid or remote workforces CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications Core Competencies Professional demeanor and discretion Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
