In this role you'll own full-cycle recruiting across a wide mix of roles - from entry-level hourly positions to licensed professionals - plus new-hire onboarding administration and compliance. One day you're sourcing candidates; the next you're making sure a new hire's first day goes smoothly. Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including job postings, sourcing candidates, resume screening, interview scheduling, interviewing, and candidate communications
  • Source and attend Career Fairs that align with the business
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate, real-time data on all open requisitions
  • Coordinate pre-employment steps, including background checks, reference checks, and offer letter preparation
  • Build and maintain standardized job description templates for frequently hired roles
  • Own the I-9 and E-Verify process end-to-end for all new hires, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit-readiness
  • Manage new hire onboarding paperwork and ensure all required documents are collected, completed, and filed in compliance with federal and state requirements
  • Maintain organized and accurate employee files in accordance with record retention requirements
  • Monitor and follow up on expiring I-9 re-verifications and other time-sensitive compliance items
  • Assist with EEO data tracking and reporting as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or a closely related role
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with I-9 completion and E-Verify
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) - BambooHR is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Google Suite Products (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of positions and skill levels
  • Background in real estate or property management is a plus
