4M Building Solutions is currently seeking an Entry Level Recruiter. This team member will provide direct support to the local team, as well as general office assistance.

Duties amp; Accountabilities
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Assist local Team with Recruiting and Onboarding new hires.
  • Schedule interviews, interview, Hire
  • Willing to be trained on our Applications Tracking System
  • In office position: not remote
  • Assist with various research projects and/or special projects.
Minimum qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma / some college
Experience:
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Should possess strong organizational skills,
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Individuals should be capable of working effectively both as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Computer Skills:
  • Experience using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook on a daily basis.
