This is NOT a traditional HR role. This is a high-activity recruiting and sales position for someone who can hunt, follow up, run Zoom interviews, and close candidates on the opportunity.

We are looking for an aggressive, organized recruiter with proven experience in headhunting, outbound sales, or insurance recruiting. The right person will be comfortable making calls, texting, emailing, using LinkedIn and other platforms, running group Zoom interviews, and moving candidates through licensing, contracting, onboarding, and first submitted business.

  • Realistic OTE: $75,000 to $125,000
  • Top performers can earn $150,000+
  • W-2 role
  • Three weeks of paid vacation

Growth opportunity as the company scales

Performance bonuses are based on recruiting milestones, licensing and contracting completions, first-submitted business, active agent count, and quality production metrics, as outlined in a written bonus plan.

Schedule

  • Full-time only
  • Monday through Saturday required
  • 45 to 50 hours per week
  • Daily Zoom interview process required

  • Maintain a minimum of five agent contacts per hour
  • Close candidates on licensing, contracting, and the Taylored Legacy opportunity
  • Move candidates from first contact to licensed, contracted, onboarded, and submitting business
  • Track all activity, time, candidate pipeline, and KPIs daily
  • Report results and pipeline updates to leadership
  • Help improve show rates, licensing rates, contracting rates, first-app rates, and active producer count

Who We Want

You are competitive, persuasive, organized, and not afraid of the phone. You understand that recruiting is sales. You know how to create urgency, overcome objections, follow up relentlessly, and get people to take action.

Requirements

1 to 2+ years of recruiting, headhunting, insurance recruiting, sales recruiting, or high-volume outbound sales experience

Proven ability to make outbound calls and drive candidate flow

Comfortable running Zoom interviews and speaking to groups

Strong follow-up through phone, text, and email

Willing to headhunt through LinkedIn and other platforms
