What You'll Do

As our Customer Service Representative, you'll help keep our entire operation running smoothly by supporting homeowners, sales representatives, management, and production.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming customer calls professionally and promptly
  • Scheduling appointments, inspections, and project meetings
  • Following up with homeowners throughout the sales and production process
  • Coordinating communication between customers, sales, and production
  • Maintaining accurate customer records within our CRM system
  • Assisting with contracts, financing paperwork, and documentation
