You'll need to adapt rapidly, often with minimal training, and remain organized while managing multiple tasks such as greeting visitors, handling calls, and supporting administrative staff. Strong communication skills and a flexible attitude are essential for thriving in fast-paced or unfamiliar settings. Being proactive in asking questions and taking notes can help ease the transition and ensure you deliver excellent service.
