Part Time Receptionist
Pay: $18-$19 hourly
Schedule: To be discussed at interview, days are somewhat flexible
We are seeking a warm and welcoming person to add to our dealership as a Part Time Receptionist!
As the first impression of our outstanding customer service, this position has you helping to direct the flow of phone calls to appropriate departments and addressing their questions as requested. This is an entry level and fun position, no experience required! If you have an outgoing personality, love to work with people, and are able to navigate new tasks with ease, then this may be the role for you! There is room to learn and grow with us, as we pride our business on the motto, "Growth Powered by People." Lithia promotes from within first, giving you every opportunity to learn new skills and be a part of a team that will invest in you by leading and developing your unique talents!
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom.
  • Answer & direct incoming calls and inquires.
  • Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed.
  • Assist with Barista duties as needed
Qualifications
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous receptionist experience is a plus.
