We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn to start and grow within a luxury focused team environment while building a strong foundation in Long Beach and surrounding coastal markets. This path is ideal for someone who is licensed or in the process of getting licensed and wants to develop real skills, work with real opportunities, and create consistency early while earning rewarding commissions.
You will learn to work with active buyer and seller conversations through structured systems connected to the Zillow Flex program. You will build strong communication habits, increase your understanding of the market, and develop daily routines that experienced real estate agents rely on. You will also gain hands on experience seeing how transactions move from the first conversation through closing.
You will be surrounded by a team that values professionalism, strong client experience, and long term growth. With guidance, marketing support, and a collaborative environment, you will have the structure needed to build confidence and create steady momentum as you continue developing in real estate.
