Job description

This role is responsible for providing project management oversight and support for the Pulp, Energy & Circularity Service area. The position will work closely with Field Service, Sales, Product teams, Engineering, and the Project Management team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develops service agreement and field job scopes, contractor RFQ's, RFI's, and proposals
  • Interacts with contractors, vendors, and internal parties
  • Develop customer proposals for site services and agreements
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Provides on and / or off-site project support for the duration of a project and agreements
  • Participates in sales support site visits
  • Ensure deliverables are tracked and met for agreements, site services, and warranty periods
  • Part of strategic planning for PEC agreement and service offerings
  • Manages service project and agreement expenses within the established budget
  • Assist with maintenance and outage planning
  • Develop working relationships with customers and contractors.
  • Audits contract language to assure compliance with company guidelines and minimization of risk to the company

Requirements:

Well qualified candidate should have engineering degree from college, university, or technical/trade school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position may require travel around 50% to support customers on a regular basis. International assignments may also be required. Paper industry or project management experience of more than 5 year a bonus.

The ability to interpret technical data, manage multiple projects and priorities and resolve questions will be a big portion of this job. Good communication and organizational skills required, along with strong PC and engineering systems skills.
