Where is the work:

Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for analyzing building and energy data to identify meaningful outcomes. Account Engineer creates consultative documentation to provide to the customer.

  • Responsible to lead quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for each Connected Service Agreement customer.

  • Utilizes energy conservation measures to help optimize building operations and drive sustainability projects.

  • Fulfill Digital Services contract obligations effectively, efficiently and within safety standards.

  • Gather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements.

  • Collaborates with account managers and field technicians to assist in growing sales for Service Agreements, Service Quoted, Turnkey, and Controls sales.

  • Will plan and schedule work as needed with the Project Administratorservice team

  • Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms.

  • During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent from four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong familiarity with the operation of energy management systems, building automation systems, HVAC Systems and/or temperature controls required.

  • Experience in effectively understanding and manipulation of technical information and responding to questions from fellow team members or customers.

  • Experience collecting data, analyzing and presenting data in a clear and accurate manor.

  • Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to:

  • DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
