DESIGNER (Technical)
Overview
Support a broad variety of project delivery efforts as an entry level design professional. Advanced competency in Designer job
category. Performs basic architectural assignments and undertakes a variety of assignments requiring the application of standard architectural techniques for small projects or selected segments of a larger project.
Responsibilities
  • Perform design layouts and features, including researching, compiling, and recording information for assigned project work.
  • Develop design and technical solutions under the supervision of an architect, interior designer, director or principal.
  • Perform routine interior design or architectural assignments
  • Perform specific portions of assignments using prescribed methods under general supervision while using design/production software, general office software and current presentation tools and standards.
  • Assist with specifications and research products.
  • Perform site surveys and maintain resource materials.
  • Provide assistance with presentation aids.

  • Entry level proficiency in REVIT

  • Possess BIM modeling skills

Requirements
  • Degree in architecture or interior design from an accredited university
  • Design professional with (typically) three plus years commercial interior design/architectural experience
