Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our success, managing the entire sales process from initial customer engagement to closing the sale. This is a hands-on, in-person field sales role where your ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and present personalized supplemental insurance solutions will be key.

You'll educate customers on products designed to help provide additional financial protection when unexpected accidents, illnesses, or injuries occur. You'll have the autonomy to build your own success while making a meaningful impact on the individuals and families you serve.

  • Engage directly with potential customers in their homes, delivering clear and persuasive presentations about our supplemental insurance products.

  • Educate customers on available coverage options, including accident, health, disability, life, and other supplemental insurance products.
  • Navigate conversations with confidence, turning initial interactions into valuable opportunities.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating terms and securing agreements.
  • Maintain high levels of self-motivation and discipline to consistently achieve daily activity and sales targets.
