Description:

We are seeking an entry-level Architect who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience across multiple active construction sites in Tampa, Orlando, and Titusville. This role is ideal for someone early in their architectural career who enjoys being in the field, collaborating with contractors, and developing technical skills in drafting, documentation, and construction coordination.

The Architect will support senior team members while gradually taking on more responsibility, including drafting and stamping drawings, preparing scopes of work, and assisting with project coordination and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to build a strong foundation in both design and construction administration.

Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Site Coordination & Field Support
  • Conduct site visits across Tampa, Orlando, and Titusville with guidance from senior staff
  • Assist with contractor coordination and help communicate design intent in the field
  • Observe construction progress and support issue identification and resolution
  • Participate in site meetings, inspections, and punch-list activities
Drafting, Design, and Technical Documentation
  • Draft and revise architectural drawings and construction documents
  • Stamp and seal drawings
  • Prepare scopes of work, technical specifications, and project schedules
  • Produce detail drawings, redlines, and field-driven revisions
  • Collaborate with structural, MEP, and civil consultants
Project Coordination, Reporting & Compliance
  • Assist with permitting documentation and responses to reviewer comments
  • Support project coordination tasks, including progress reporting and documentation updates
  • Track field conditions, schedule impacts, and design changes
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation
  • Ensure all work aligns with applicable codes and standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Florida Architectural License preferred, but candidates actively pursuing licensure are welcome
  • 0–3 years of architectural or construction-related experience
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software
  • Strong desire to learn construction processes, field coordination, and technical documentation
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel regularly between Tampa, Orlando, and Titusville project sites
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
