As an Entry Level Sales Representative you will work with a dynamic team of producers that share your desire to win. All sales reps are provided warm leads EVERY DAY.

Position pays a competitive base with a generous commission structure that works well for those who are disciplined and follow our proven sales process. In addition, lucrative bonuses are available for the taking for those who exceed their sales goals!

This position is based in Seaford, NY.

**All who apply MUST complete a self-assessment to be considered for this position.**

Responsibilities:

  • Work hard every day and meet new business production goals
  • Prospect using warm leads provided, develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close deals
  • Have an awesome attitude
  • Use professional phone etiquette

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a sales environment
  • Currently have a Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain one
  • Ability to problem solve and explain solutions in a simplistic manner
  • Must be a team-player and have the desire to WIN

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
